And the apostles said to the Lord, “Increase our faith!”

Doubt is a killer that's rips the soul off. Many a times the devil uses this tool to distant us from what God has for us. Faith which is the opposite of doubt has a significant role to play in the life of a Christian. Doubt often most times restrains the flow of everlasting grace and favour which God has made available to us his children. It brings to nought,the promises of God in our life.
As a Christian we need to do away with doubt because any spirit that is full of doubt is already doomed .
To be honest if you say you believe in the divinity,kingship and supremacy of Christ Jesus,no matter the circumstances you are facing now,doubt should be far from you as a Christian. heb 11vs 6 says "And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever
would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that
he rewards those who seek him."
You cant have faith  when you heart is full with doubts,like the potion says it is impossible to please God and when you cant please God,sure the holy spirit will never come near you and when the holy spirit who is our guild and supernatural teacher is not with you blindness,sickness,sorrow,hardship and disappointment will always be your portion.
All problems in life emanate from
doubtfulness. Whatever you embark on, in this life, if it
does not originate from sound belief, it is an exercise in
futility and it, goes with suffering, lack of progress and even
death. The book of james 1 vs 5-8 says "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives
generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him.
But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for the one who
doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by
the wind. For that person must not suppose that he will
receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man,
unstable in all his ways".
Now we can see where our problems emanates from "doubtfulness" come out of it,embrace faith,believe that he can do all things ,even in the most intricate,unyielding and difficult situations let your faith never shake and let our daily prayer be  Lord, Increase our faith in you because we know that our God never fails and he is able
