To be succesful requires patience and persevirance music sensation- Akhere
Music then wasn't d best bet because I knew it required patience and perseverance. I wasn't quite sure if I could do it judging from the monetary aspect too, but the moment I started, that was it for me. Its been wonderful and fulfilling ever since.

Pope Francis prays in Istanbul’s Blue Mosque
Pope Francis prayed silently alongside
a senior Islamic cleric in Istanbul’s Blue
Mosque on Saturday, in a gesture of
inter-religious harmony in a country
bordering the conflicts in Syria and Iraq.
Francis took off his shoes as he entered the huge mosque, before bowing his head in prayer for several minutes, facing Mecca and standing next to
Istanbul’s Grand Mufti Rahmi Yaran, in what a
Vatican spokesman described as a joint “moment of silent adoration” of God.
A similar act by his predecessor Pope Benedict in 2006 drew criticism from conservative Catholics and some Muslims.
Several hundred people, many of them tourists, watched from behind police barriers as the pope then walked to the nearby Aya Sofya museum, once the Christian church Hagia Sophia.
A group of school children waving Turkish and Vatican flags chanted “Long live Pope Francis” in Italian as the Muslim call to prayer rang out across the Sultanahmet square, the heart of Istanbul’s historic quarter.
“We must show respect for each others beliefs. God willing the pope’s visit will help in this respect,”
said Halil Ibrahim Cil, 24, a hospital worker from Istanbul.
“We want to practise our religion in peace. We want people to understand Islam. We don’t want war.”
This is what religious and Godly leaders should preach, tolerance and Oneness of God creations. Long live the pope.

Uyo Sen race: I’ll defeat Ita Enang,OBA – Ekpe James
government council and Uyo senatorial hopeful, Hon.
Ekpe James has been cleared for the contest by the
ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
James who disclosed this to newsmen in Uyo shortly
after he was cleared by the PDP screening panel, said
that he would defeat incumbent Senator Ita Enang and
former finance Commissioner, Obong Bassey Albert
Akpan at the party’s primaries billed for December.
On what his clearance by the PDP screening panel
holds for Uyo people, he said that, it was an act of God
Almighty, to whom alone all powers belong and
portends good tidings for the people of Uyo senatorial
district, who, he noted, would get the best of
responsive and people-oriented representation they
have lacked since the inception of the current
democracy.
Apostle James said that it is time to attract meaningful
federal developments to the district, which, he said, is
lacking and also ensure capacity development as well
as human empowerment would become the gain of the
zone.
He re-instated his conviction that he is set to succeed
incumbent, Senator Ita Enang in the National Assembly
come 2015, maintaining that he was not in the race to
add to the number but, to win it.
He argued that those who feel he is a ‘write-off’ were
limiting the power of God to lift men according to his
will, saying that he was not intimidated by the big
names in the race, but remains focused on the project
of offering true representation to his people.

Female Bishop TouchesPastor’s Private Part On Pulpit
Pastor’s Private Part On Pulpit In Ghana. According to
News from ReportGhanaNews, the Pastor was preaching to
his congregation on a Sunday morning then he ask people
with health problems to stand up and come close to touch
a specific place on his body for healing.
While everyone was touching the Pastor’s head, shoes and
shoulder; this woman, a bishop of same congregation
decided to hold the pastor’s private area for healing.
The Pastor asked why she hold his privates and the
woman said, “her husband private part is not working anymore
so she believes when she hold the Pastor’s private part, her
husband’s would be healed.” Then the pastor shouted,
hallelujah somebody. Things people do because of healing, why cant you just use the word must they touch you Mr pastor? Guess you got what you wanted. Please readers beware of such randy pastors, healing comes from faith through God not by some suspicious activities like this.

We will flush PDP like Ebola - Chief oyegun
THE leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has declared that the party will take over government at the federal level in 2015.
APC national chairman, Chief Odigie Oyegun, assured that the party would sail to victory in the 2015 elections, not only in Rivers, but also at the federal level.
He likened the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the dreaded Ebola disease, noting that Nigeria would be made free of what he said was the PDP virus in 2015, just like the war was won against Ebola in the country.
“During the PDP South-South campaign, he (President Goodluck Jonathan) told the whole nation that APC does not exist in Rivers State; that it is only a poster party. We were worried and we concerned. Your governor, a fantastic man, was challenged.
“So, today, he brought all of us here. The entire leadership of APC is lined up here today. I want to tell you that we have come. I want to tell you that we have seen; I want to tell you that we are convinced, that your great governor, Chubuike Amaechi, controls Rivers State; that APC is in charge of Rivers State.
“Finally, those of you who will work for and will make sure that we get a permanent voter card so that they can vote on that day so that we can make Nigeria PDP-free as Rivers is today Ebola-free, give me a great big o yeah”, he said.
Former military Head of State and an APC presidential aspirant in the 2015 elections, General Muhammadu Buhari, said the people of the state had been very lucky to have Amachi as their governor in the last seven years.
He also assured that APC would, from 2015, meet the yearlings and aspiration of Nigerians for adequate security and development.
Former Vice President Atiku Abubakr, who is also contesting the presidential election, said Rivers had witnessed tremendous and unsurpassed growth and development under the Amaechi administration.
“Do you want the progress to continue? Do you want to feel the projects? Do you want to eradicate poverty? Do you want to go to good schools? Do you want good roads? Do you want power? Vote APC, vote APC, vote APC”, he added.
Another presidential hopeful, Givernor Rabiu Kwakwanso of Kano State, congratulated his Rivers State counterpart on his developmental strides in the state, assuring that other parts of the country would work together with Rivers for sustainable peace and growth.
Nda Isaiah, publisher of the Leadership newspaper and APC presidential aspirant, also attested to the developmental efforts of Governor Amaechi and warned that anybody that planned to rig the 2015 elections would have to contend with great resistance from the people.
Chairman of the Progressive Governors’ Forum and Imo State governor, Rochas Okorocha, said APC represented the change Nigerians were yearning for and assured that the party would present a presidential candidate devoid of religious or tribal sentiments.
“Let me say to all of you, when John the Baptist was preaching in the wilderness, he was saying to the PDP people, ‘repent, repent for APC is coming. PDP you came and gave my people poverty and disease. But this party coming after you which is called APC, shall provide the dividends of democracy”, he said.

But to be sincere whats the major difference between APC and PDP? to me they are all birds of the same feathers. we really need fresh air in Nigeria for either of the two can give us the air we really deserve.
