ANC YOUTHS WARNS T.B JOSHUA NOT TO COME TO SOUTH AFRICA

SYNAGOGUE Church of All Nations (Scoan) founder Pastor
TB Joshua has been warned by the youth wing of the
African National Congress (ANC) not to visit South Africa
any time soon after 84 of its citizens died when his Lagos
hotel collapsed.
On September 12, a six-storey hotel building within Pastor
Joshua's church premises collapsed at Ikotun in Lagos,
killing 115 people of which 84 were South African. Following
the tragedy, the South African government has been under
pressure to seek legal redress to get compensation for the
victims.
South Africa's air force has evacuated the survivors,
sending a C-130 plane to bring them to Pretoria and Pastor
Joshua has offered to visit South Africa to empathise with
the families of the deceased. However, Bandile Masuku, a
spokesman for the ANC's youth wing said they would make
sure such trip never come to pass.
He added that Pastor Joshua would not be welcome in
South Africa and warned the South African government not
to issue a visa to him. Tempers are running high in South
Africa at the moment as of the 25 injured persons flown
back for treatment and rehabilitation at the Steve Biko
Academic Hospital in Pretoria, three of them are adjudged to
be permanently disabled.
Mr Masuku said: “TB Joshua should not be allowed to
come to South Africa until we know what happened to our
fellow countrymen at his church. We will make sure we
engage with the department of international relations and
co-operation to make sure they do not issue him a South
African visa.”
South Africa's social development deputy minister,
Hendrieta Bogopane Zulu, said the government would,
however, provide counselling to the affected families to
enable them cope with the trauma. At the moment the
corpses of 84 South Africans are lying at the Isolo General
Hospital morgue in Lagos and a South African forensic team
has begun identifying them.
South Africa's high commissioner to Nigeria, Lulu Mnguni,
said: “There are 115 bodies out there but we have our 84
and we will then confirm from our people. We have taken
DNA samples from family members who were here and we
have taken DNA samples from family members in South
Africa.
“That will help us determine who is South African and who
is not. We will then get our people released back to us.”
Meanwhile, the Lagos State government said it had
suspended all decisions on the collapsed building until it
gets the report from the panel of inquiry set up by the
federal government to investigate the incident. Aderemi
Ibirogba, the Lagos State commissioner for information and
strategy, said the state took the step to avoid working at
cross purposes with the federal government on the issue.

Olumba Olumba Obu instals peace in Nigeria

Peace which is the bed rock of every society is always regarded as a state of tranquility and harmony. It is also regarded as an atmosphere free of war and rancor. It is on this atmosphere that a stable and reasonable growth in any society can be achieved.
Brotherhood of the cross and star which is the new kingdom of God here on earth, was established on this planet earth to first fulfill the request which our lord Jesus made via the lord’s prayer ‘let thy kingdom come, let thy will be done on earth as it is done in heaven” and then to lead man into the accurate knowledge of truth which is to educate man on the way to live and have a peaceful life here on earth.
Over the ages BCS have been known as an organization that upholds the teachings of oneness, love and peaceful co existence of all creation of God, that’s why the official greeting in BCS is ”Peace” which is the bedrock of oneness and love.
The world have been turned upside down, in our daily news we hear of wars rumors of wars, fighting killing, corruption, destruction and  division which has held this world of man to ransom and has caused man to question the existence of God.
Unknown to man, that the Prince of Peace who they have been looking for in strange places  has arrived  to the world of man and has set up a kingdom Brotherhood Of The Cross And Star to stream line mans activity and the express his power and might in mans scheme of work.
Nigeria is a nation that has been blessed by God, a nation full of natural and divine resources, that no other country can match, but Nigeria today is a shadow of herself because she has refused to recognize the divine position God placed on her.
The divine essence of God on earth is to bring peace where there is no peace, joy where there is no joy and to establish in the hearts of men that divine order of love, which is the unifying factor.
Brotherhood of the cross and star which divine duty is to bring lasting co existence, not just only between man and his fellow man but also between man with other creations of God, is calling on all inhabitance of this world to shun violence ,war ,killing , character assassination ,falsehood and hatred. This call was made in Abuja the seat of power in Nigeria by the Prince of Peace His Holiness Olumba Olumba Obu when he graced the Brotherhood All Youth Assembly which is the umbrella body of the youth wing of BCS with the theme “One God, One Nation” on Sunday the 21th of September 2014 at the International Conference Center Abuja.
In his divine address he warned all detractors and war mongers to stop further igniting  trouble and war and that they should hence forth shield their swords and embrace peace that he has brought to mankind else they will face the wrath of God almighty.
He used the occasion to instill peace in Nigeria stressing that Nigeria can’t be destroyed by any man, or cracked by any man because God is the foundation of Nigeria and declared peace to Nigeria. His words “ Peace be unto Nigeria ,call of peace has been agreed in heaven and on earth, and all groups that have been perpetrating evil in Nigeria has been thrown into turmoil, they shall know no peace and their families have been exposed to danger because peace will rise and fight for Nigeria
The occasion is expected to calm the tension that have been created in the country for over five years due to the insurgence of the terror group book haram and the politics of bitterness that has eaten down the political class in Nigeria.
Let peace have chance in this country because its only peace that brings about positive development in a nation.

Olumba Olumba Obu to declare peace in Nigeria

At least 10,000 brethren of the Brotherhood of the Cross and Star will today take part in a peace march round the streets of Abuja dressed in their traditional white robes, as the Father of the brotherhood, Olumba Olumba Obu visits Abuja to declare peace in Nigeria.
Speaking during a press conference yesterday, the chairperson of the local organising committee, LOC, Egan
Adat explained that the peace march is intended to capture the youths of Nigeria and to steer them back to the paths of
moral rectitude.
As part of the programmes of the Brotherhood All Youth Assembly, BAYA, the youth wing of the brotherhood in its
2014 outreach programme titled “Love for One Another,” the peace march is intended to raise awareness of the three-
day conference, and to institute the culture of peace in the minds of Nigerians.
According to Egan Adat, the youths who are a vibrant and skilful segment of the human resource of any society, have become very vulnerable to societal ills and are now deploying their talents and intellect negatively, thus the need for a value reorientation.
“Though ethnic differences, colour, language, belief system, customs etc, tend to divide us and create problems in the world, we are nonetheless one large family under “God, the creator,” Adat stressed.
The 10,000 man youth peace march which will begin from 7am today from the Eagle Square will kick off a three-day
event from Friday September 19, to Sunday September 21.
The event which includes seminars, conferences, visitations, exchange programmes, songs and trainings will
culminate in the Father declaring peace in Nigeria, a declaration believed to end the insurgency and other ethnic
crises that currently bedevil the country.

Dr Orji uzor Kalu pays a condolence visit to Tb joshua

Chairman and p u b l i s h e r of The Sun Newspapers, Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu yesterday asked the General
Overseer of the Synagogue Church of All Nations, Prophet TB Joshua, to take the calamity that befell
his church with faith in God.
Kalu made the call yesterday during a condolence visit to the church and Prophet Joshua in Ikotun,
Lagos.
While paying condolences, the former Abia State governor challenged Joshua to take his strength from
the word of God in the Bible and face the situation with courage, knowing that calamity and bad
incidents are all part of life.
“You are a man of God that many run to in times of their distress, and God uses you to give them
strength, and now it has happened to you, the meaning is that you are also human and live in the world
full of troubles. I am not a preacher, but you are, and you know that even in the Bible which you and I
believe in, men of God like you, even great prophets, were not spared of calamities.
“A good and clear example is Job who all of us know about. I know in times like these, people would
say so many things about you, but I would encourage you to be strong and apply all the faith you have
lived with and preached to others, that actually liberated them from troubles to overcome.”
Kalu told the prophet that he is sure the heart of kindness, love and compassion with which he has
always handled other people’s problems would be enough reward from God he works for to make him
overcome.
He also urged Nigerians, especially those that have love and mercy for other human beings to pray for
Prophet Joshua, his church and that God should grant the people that lost their lives peaceful repose
and to their families the strength to bear the loss.
He told the prophet that though he had come to Lagos to pay condolence visit to the family of Pastor
Dimgba Igwe, the deceased Vice Chairman of The Sun Publishing who was killed by a hit-and-run
driver eight days ago, he felt it a duty to see the prophet and pass across a word of encouragement to
him.
“I know you; I know your love and compassion for human beings through your works, we all watch you
all over the world visiting human beings with kindness. About three years ago when disastrous
earthquake hit Haiti, you remained the first African to mobilize relief materials, experts and rescue
workers to Haiti to assist them. We know of many other works of charity you do, which is like the
mainstay of your ministry, and now, you face problems, God will never forsake you.”
The prophet who looked embattled, but still wearing his trademark smiles thanked Kalu and his
entourage for being so concerned and promised that the church and himself would do all possible to
handle the situation.
He praised the public rescue workers – the police, Lagos State chapter of the National Emergency
Management Agency (NEMA), the Fire Service and other bodies including the State Security Service
(SSS) for the response and show of love and concern for him and the church immediately the incident
occurred.
He said he had got several calls from well-wishers from Nigeria and beyond and thanked the callers for
their concern.
He also noted that the church would do all possible within human ability to handle the situation and
overcome it. Prophet Joshua also assured that the incident would not shake his fate in God “because
He knows best, and can only explain why it happened or what caused it.”

It will be recalled that a building in the premisses of the scon colapsed on friday killing 3 and wounded scores of people.
